GSL Education are currently seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to work in schools in Lancing. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in helping pupils with special educational needs to reach their full potential.

Role Overview: As a SEN TA, you will work closely with pupils who require additional support due to learning difficulties, autism, ADHD, speech and language challenges, or social, emotional and mental health needs. You will support students one-to-one or in small groups, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning experience.

Responsibilities as a SEN Teaching Assistant:

Provide personalised support to students with special educational needs. Help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) or Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). Support classroom activities and encourage active participation. Promote students' confidence, independence, and well-being.
