About the Role: Working with primary pupils aged 4-11 who have a range of special educational needs including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and speech and language difficulties, you'll provide crucial support that helps them access the curriculum and develop independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support for pupils with identified SEN Implement individual education plans and behaviour support strategies Use specialist equipment, communication aids and adaptive technologies Support pupils' social and emotional development through structured activities Work closely with SENCo, teachers and external agencies like speech therapists Help prepare differentiated resources and create visual learning aids Job Requirements:
