SEN Teaching Assistant (TA)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a secondary school in Manchester. This is a TA position, offering support across the whole school on a 1:1 and small group intervention basis. The successful candidate will work closely with pupils with a range of complex and behavioural needs, providing tailored support to help them thrive in their learning environment.

SEN Teaching Assistant - Key Responsibilities: * Deliver focused 1:1 and small group interventions for pupils with SEN and behavioural challenges * Provide flexible support across different classrooms and year groups as required * Collaborate with teachers, SENCO, and other staff to implement individualised learning plans * Monitor and record pupil progress, contributing to regular reviews and meetings * Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages pupil independence and confidence
