Academics is seeking a motivated, caring, and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join a warm, supportive two-form entry primary school in Tower Hamlets, starting February 2026. Position Details

Location: Tower Hamlets

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Full-time, Monday-Friday

Salary: £90-£100 per day

Key Responsibilities

Provide tailored support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) , KS1, and KS2

Deliver effective 1:1 and small-group interventions to help pupils access learning and make progress

Work closely with class teachers, the SENCO, and external specialists to deliver high-quality, consistent support

Promote independence, confidence, and positive behaviour using nurturing, child-centred approaches
