ABOUT THE SCHOOL
Prospero Teaching is looking for an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join a supportive Primary School based in North Bristol. The school has a dedicated team focused on inclusive practice and offers ongoing CPD opportunities throughout the year. Depending on performance, the school may look to extend the contract or offer a permanent position.
CONTRACT / POSITION DETAILS
Location: North Bristol Position: SEND Teaching Assistant Full-Time: Monday to Friday Day Rate: £90 - £110 per day Hours: 8:20am - 3:30pm
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience working within SEN (Autism, Speech & Language Needs, ADHD, SEMH, or similar) SEN-specific training is required Experience working within a UK school Up-to-date safeguarding training (issued within the last year) Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils Experience supporting children with additional learning needs is highly desirable
