Role Overview

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored support to pupils with a range of SEN. Your guidance and encouragement will help children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Support teachers in delivering individualised learning activities
Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs
Adapt resources and lesson materials to meet the needs of individual pupils
Foster pupil confidence, independence, and engagement in lessons
Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionalsCandidate Profile
