Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with SEN (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs)

Assist class teachers with planning and delivering differentiated learning

Promote pupil engagement, social development, and independence

Monitor progress and maintain accurate records

Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and outside agencies
