For three years, we’ve been nurturing both students and staff with a temp-to-perm pathway, top-notch training, and a culture that truly values well-being and care.

What’s the Role?

You’ll be the guiding light for students overcoming learning hurdles—whether offering 1:1 support or leading small groups, you’ll help them re-engage, grow, and shine academically, emotionally, and socially.

Who Are We Looking For?

Experience supporting children or young people, ideally in SEMH settings Bonus points for safeguarding, Makaton, PECS, or Team Teach skills A calm, resilient spirit with a proactive mindset Passionate about empowering children with complex needs Patience and flexibility to navigate challenges with confidence Available full-time and committed for the long haul What You’ll Need:
