A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Kings Heath (B14) is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their Pathways Provision , supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 . The Role: Your responsibilities will include: Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis within the provision with pupils who have a range of needs including, Autism, ADHD, Speech and language difficulties and challenging behaviour. Delivering learning activities that align with whole-class content but are tailored to meet individual needs. Adapting resources and approaches to suit specific learning and behavioural requirements.
