The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant As an SEN Teaching Assistant with Academics, you will:
Support pupils with a wide range of needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, speech & language difficulties, non-verbal pupils, and learning delays Work 1:1 or with small groups to deliver tailored learning activities Assist the class teacher in creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment Adapt to different school settings and teaching approaches, providing consistency and care Promote independence, confidence, and self-esteem in the children you supportWhat We're Looking For
