SEN Teaching Assistant - Ealing | Immediate Start | Long-Term Opportunities

The Role:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN
Assist in delivering tailored learning activities and interventions
Support pupils' behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement
Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to follow individual learning plans
Help create a structured, safe, and nurturing classroom environmentWe are looking for someone who:

Has experience working with children or young people with SEN (desirable but not essential)
Is patient, calm, and nurturing in approach
Can build positive relationships and provide consistent support
Is proactive, reliable, and passionate about helping pupils succeed
Holds or is willing to obtain a Child or Adult DBSWhat's on offer:
