In this role, you will help the students develop their confidence, independence, communication and social skills, whilst making school a fun and exciting place to be. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support children aged 5 to 16 with a range of needs, including Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Autism and social communication needs, behaviour challenges and sensory impairments.
