The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant

Seeking a resilient and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 14-19 within a KS4 and KS5 alternative provision setting. You will work closely with teachers to support learning in small classes, provide targeted 1:1 or small-group support and help pupils remain engaged with their education. The role involves supporting pupils with SEMH needs, behavioural challenges and barriers to learning, promoting positive behaviour strategies, emotional regulation and confidence within a structured and supportive environment.
