As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in helping students with additional learning needs access the curriculum, build confidence and develop important life skills. You will work closely with class teachers, the SENCO and the wider support team to provide tailored support both inside and outside of the classroom. This may include supporting students one-to-one, assisting small groups and helping to implement strategies that support learning, behaviour and emotional wellbeing. Leadership within the school is supportive and approachable, ensuring that staff feel valued and equipped to succeed in their roles. You will be joining a collaborative team where professional development and ongoing training are encouraged.
