Unqualified SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: Blackley
Pay: £109.85 - £120 per day
Start Date: ASAP

We are currently recruiting for an Unqualified SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of additional needs in a specialist school setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with students who require extra support to access learning and develop key life skills.

Key Responsibilities

Support students with complex needs, including autism and communication difficulties
Work on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to support learning and development
Assist with personal care where required
Use visual aids and structured routines to support understanding
Help manage behaviour positively and consistently
Encourage independence, social skills, and emotional regulation
Work closely with teaching staff and other professionals

Requirements

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)
Driver or access to a car (essential)
Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs is desirable

Transferable Skills
