Academics are currently seeking a fun and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their Provision, supporting children with Multiple Learning Difficulties (MLD), Autism (ASD), and complex needs.

This specialist Provision offers a nurturing and therapeutic environment where we focus on supporting pupils with MLD, ASD, and complex needs. The Senior Leadership Team (SLT) is committed to the well-being of staff and providing a supportive, fun, and enriching environment for both staff and students.

The Role:

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside the Class Teacher and other supporting staff to assist pupils across Primary & Secondary ages with SEN. Class sizes are up to 10 students, with 3/5 Teaching Assistants in each class, ensuring that every student gets the individual attention they need.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in Healthcare/Nursing, or working with Learning Difficulties is a plus
A passion for supporting children with SEN
