Contract: Full-Time (37.5 Hours a Week), Term Time Only
Pay: From £95 per day (PAYE no umbrella deductions) / approx. £475 weekly. Range: £95£115 per day

Job Description:
We are supporting a Primary School in Southam (CV47) who are seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with additional needs. The school is well-regarded for its nurturing approach and strong pastoral care.

You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored support strategies, promote engagement and encourage independence.

Key Requirements:
Experience supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis
Patient and empathetic approach
Two recent references
Right to work in the UK
