About the Role This full-time position involves working 1:1 with pupils in a mainstream primary school setting, often within a dedicated SEN provision. You’ll play a key role in delivering personalised support to children with a range of additional needs. What We’re Looking For Experience supporting individuals with SEN (in either child or adult settings) Qualifications in education, behaviour support, care, residential work, or social work Confidence in creating and adapting behaviour and learning support plans Experience with Autism, ADHD, sensory processing needs, or learning disabilities A calm, proactive approach to emotionally demanding situations A full UK driving licence or reliable access to public transport An Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obta...
