We are working with a number of welcoming schools across South East London who are looking to appoint Teaching Assistants to support pupils across a range of year groups.

This role is ideal for a TA who is passionate about supporting children's learning, wellbeing and development, and who enjoys working as part of a collaborative school team.

The role:

Supporting pupils in the classroom on a one-to-one and small group basis

Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organisation

Supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEND

Helping to manage behaviour and promote positive learning

Encouraging confidence, independence and engagement

Working closely with teaching and support staff

The ideal candidate:

Has previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a school setting

Is patient, reliable and proactive

Has strong communication and interpersonal skills

Is committed to safeguarding and inclusion

Works well as part of a team
