Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 3:30pm (term time only)

Weekly Salary: £445 to £475

Teaching Personnel is looking for full-time Teaching Assistants to join a specialist primary SEN school in Coventry. The school is seeking resilient and dedicated individuals who can effectively support pupils with challenging behaviour and complex needs. The school provides education for children aged 4 to 11 with diagnoses including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD). This role is particularly well-suited to recent psychology graduates who are looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of special educational needs.

Responsibilities

Supporting the class teacher in the delivery of lessons Providing 1:1 support to individuals who need additional help Organising and collecting resources for the lesson Being a positive role model to inspire and encourage the child to make positive life choices Use enthusiasm to encourage children to become involved in lessons Requirements:
