You will be working at a vibrant school providing education to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), and they are looking for individuals who are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of students with diverse learning needs.\n\nAs a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the teaching staff to support children with a range of additional learning needs, helping them to engage with the curriculum, participate fully in school life, and achieve their individual potential.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n* Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities to students with SEN\n* Provide one-on-one support for students with a variety of additional needs (e.g. autism, ADHD, learning difficulties)\n* Help manage classroom behaviour in a positive and constructive manner\n* Support students in developing their social and emotional skills\n* Assist with the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs)\n* Monitor and record student progress, reporting back to teaching staff\n* Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment for all students\n\nAbout You:\nWe are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate individuals who have:\n* Experience working with children or young people with special educational needs \n* A strong understanding of how to support students with diverse learning needs\n* A patient, empathetic, and proactive attitude\n* Strong communication and interpersonal skills\n* A commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive, and engaging environment\n* A relevant qualification in childcare, education, or special needs support (desirable but not essential)\n\nWho are Aspire People?
