Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and dynamic school environment?

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a thriving school in Sutton Coldfield (B72), working within the school's Special Educational Needs (SEN) provision. This is a full-time role starting in September, supporting students across all year groups who present with a range of high needs including Autism, ADHD, complex learning difficulties, and challenging behaviour.

The Role:

Working closely with students on a 1:1 and small group basis within the SEN provision. Supporting individualised learning plans tailored to each student's needs. Assisting in lessons following the KS1 or KS2 curriculum, depending on student needs. Managing and de-escalating challenging behaviours with a calm and professional approach. Collaborating with the SENCO and class teachers to ensure students are progressing and supported effectivelyRequirements:
