As a SEN Teaching Assistant in Milton Keynes, you will support pupils both in the classroom and through one-to-one support, helping them feel safe, confident, and engaged in their learning environment.
Key Responsibilities - SEN Teaching Assistant, Milton Keynes
- Provide in-class and 1:1 support for pupils with ASD and other additional educational needs
- Assist class teachers in creating engaging lesson materials and learning activities
- Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where pupils feel safe and supported
- Build positive and trusting relationships with students
- Support pupils' emotional and academic development throughout the school day
The Ideal Candidate for the SEN Teaching Assistant Role in Milton Keynes
- A nurturing, patient, and reliable individual
- Previous experience in SEN support roles (preferred)
- Experience working in education or with children
