Teaching Assistant - Exciting Opportunity
TimePlan Education is looking for a motivated and organised Teaching Assistant to join our team. This role is well suited to both experienced Teaching Assistants and graduates seeking valuable classroom experience before moving into teacher training.
We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with experience supporting students with additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health), and SLCN (Speech, Language and Communication Needs).
The Role In this position, you will provide one-to-one support for individual students as well as assist small groups across mainstream classrooms and inclusion settings. You will work closely with teachers to adapt learning materials, support differentiated teaching, and contribute to setting and monitoring student progress targets.
This is a highly rewarding role where you will play a key part in supporting students' development and helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
