Job Title: Year 3 Teacher (Qualified)Location: RedditchPay: £150 - £232 per day (depending on experience)Job Type: Full-time / Long-termJob DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join a supportive primary school in Redditch. This role is ideal for a qualified teacher with Key Stage 2 experience who is passionate about delivering engaging lessons and supporting pupils as they transition into KS2.The successful candidate will take on the full responsibilities of a classroom teacher, including planning, teaching, marking, and assessing pupils' progress.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the UK National CurriculumTeach a Year 3 class and support pupils' academic and personal developmentMark and assess pupils' work following the school's policiesMonitor progress and adapt teaching to meet different learning needsMaintain a positive and inclusive classroom environmentManage behaviour effectively in line with the school's behaviour policyWork collaboratively with teaching assistants and other staffAttend staff meetings and contribute to the wider school communityRequirementsQualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UKExperience teaching Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3Strong knowledge of the UK National CurriculumGood classroom management and organisational skillsA positive and proactive approach to teaching and learningCommitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of childrenWhat We OfferCompetitive daily rate of £150 - £232 depending on experienceSupportive school environmentOpportunity for long-term work with potential for a permanent roleFriendly and collaborative staff teamAspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
