The Role: You will be working as an SEN Teaching Assistant at a Special Needs School in Bicester, supporting primary-age children with a diverse range of needs. The school caters for children with Autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, learning difficulties, speech and language needs, and physical disabilities. Many of the students require 1-2-1 support to help them access learning in a way that suits their unique needs. Your Day to Day: You will support a small class of 8 to 10 students, working alongside the class teacher and another teaching assistant to create a fun and exciting learning environment.
