We're looking for a committed and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school in Lambeth. Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Lambeth
Pay: £90-£95 per day
Start: Immediate / ASAP

About the Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting pupils with ASD and additional needs. Working closely with the wider SEN team, you'll help pupils access learning, build confidence, and feel supported in a structured and nurturing environment. You may also assist with personal care as part of your day-to-day responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver 1:1 and small group support for pupils with ASD and complex needs
Support classroom activities and daily routines
Assist with personal care, including toileting and feeding where needed
Collaborate with teachers and specialists to implement personalised support strategies
Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environmentRequirements:

Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
Comfortable supporting personal care needs
