SEN Teaching Assistant

A well-resourced and forward-thinking primary school in Islington is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with autism from September.

You will be working closely with children who require structured support, routine, and consistency to access learning. This role would suit someone with strong SEN experience or a graduate looking to build a career in education or psychology.

What the role includes:

1:1 support for a pupil with ASD
Implementing strategies set by the SENCo and external professionals
Supporting communication and social development
Creating a positive and structured learning environmentThe school provides:

Have experience working with autism (school or similar setting)
