What you'll do as an SEN Teaching Assistant:

* Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
* Support personalised learning activities
* Encourage emotional regulation and engagement
* Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO
* Promote an inclusive classroom environment

What we're looking for in an SEN Teaching Assistant:

* Experience supporting children with SEN (desirable but not essential)
* Patient and adaptable approach
* Strong teamwork skills
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
* You must have right to work in the UK in order to apply - unfortunately we cannot offer Visa sponsorship.
