This role as a SEN Teaching Assistant is ideal for someone who is calm, proactive, and committed to making a genuine difference in the lives of young people. You will work closely with non-verbal pupils and pupils in complex needs on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, supporting both their academic progress and emotional wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities as a SEN Teaching Assistant in Milton Keynes

* Provide both in-class and 1:1 support for pupils with ASD and additional needs
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
* Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
* Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
* Support students' emotional wellbeing and academic progress throughout the day
