What You'll Be Doing: Providing one-to-one and small group support to students with a range of special educational needs. Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons that meet diverse learning needs. Supporting students' emotional and social development, promoting independence and confidence. Working closely with the SENCO and wider staff team to ensure every student thrives. We're Looking For: Experience supporting students with SEN in a school or similar setting (desirable but not essential). A patient, caring, and resilient approach to working with young people.
