As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support students with autism, ADHD, down syndrome, learning disabilities, and communication challenges - helping them grow in confidence, independence and social skills. You will be a crucial part in their education, offering 1:1 classroom support, assisting with daily routines, and helping to build a positive and engaging learning space. Some students may also require help with personal care, such as feeding and toileting.
