The school is a secondary school for boys, age 11 to 16 years old, who was recognised by Ofsted as good for the last 3 years. The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils Encourage engagement, confidence and positive learning behaviours Provide 1:1 and small-group support both inside and outside the classroom Work closely with class teachers, the SENCO and pastoral staff to implement support strategies Promote emotional regulation, resilience and positive behaviour Help maintain a calm, safe and inclusive learning environmentThis role provides valuable experience to anyone looking to gain experience in a Secondary school setting.
