The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who require additional support, both in and out of the classroom.
You will: • Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN • Help implement structured support strategies and interventions • Support pupils with communication, behaviour, and engagement • Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO • Contribute to maintaining a calm, consistent learning environment

This role is suited to a strong SEN Teaching Assistant who:
• Has solid experience supporting pupils with additional needs in a primary setting • Is confident working with a range of needs, including ASD and SEMH • Can follow structured support plans and adapt where needed • Maintains high expectations alongside a calm and consistent approach • Works effectively as part of a wider team
Salary & Contract
