SEND Teaching Assistant (Experience Essential)

Location: Greenwich, London
Pay Range: £90 – £115 per day
Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary / Long-Term

We’re recruiting a skilled and experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Greenwich. This role is ideal for a confident TA who can support pupils with additional needs and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Please note: Experience within SEND settings is essential.

The Role – SEND Teaching Assistant

You will support pupils with SEND through 1:1 and small group work, helping to implement tailored strategies and interventions. You will play a key role in supporting pupil engagement, behaviour, and progress.

Role Requirements – Ideal Candidate Will:

* Have proven experience working within SEND settings (essential)

* Be confident supporting pupils with ASD, SEMH, ADHD, or complex needs

* Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills

* Be nurturing, resilient, and proactive

* Work collaboratively with teaching staff and external professionals
