The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant

You will assist pupils throughout the school day, supporting communication development, sensory learning, and personal care needs. You will also help implement individual support strategies and work closely with teaching and therapy staff. By leveraging your natural empathy, resilience and passion for supporting additional needs, you will build relationships with children who have a range of SEN from non-verbal ASD, Global Learning Delay, Speech & Communication Difficulties, SLD, PMLD, Physical Disabilities and more.
