SEN Teaching Assistant - Complex Needs | Bedford | £90-£100/day - PAYE - Paid Weekly

Are you passionate about supporting young people with special educational needs? We're looking for dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to work across a range of specialist schools in Bedford, supporting pupils with complex needs including Autism, ADHD, communication difficulties, and medical or physical challenges.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team that genuinely makes a difference every day. You'll be providing tailored 1:1 and small group support, helping to create a calm, safe and engaging learning environment where every child can thrive.

Tradewind are working exclusively with SEN schools across Bedford who are looking to recruit for a range of roles for Setepmber. These are full-time roles with the opportunity to go permanent with the school.

What we're looking for:

Experience supporting children or young people with SEN, especially those with complex or high needs

A patient, resilient and proactive approach to behaviour and emotional regulation

Confidence working alongside teachers, therapists and support staff to meet EHCP goals

A genuine passion for inclusive education
