• Supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
• Building positive, trusting relationships that help students thrive
• Working alongside teachers and pastoral teams to create a calm, structured environment
• Using de-escalation strategies and proactive support to keep learning on track

?? What we're looking for:

• Experience with SEMH, behaviour support, or transferable youth/care work
• Strong behaviour management xbpsjku and a calm, consistent approach
• Patience, resilience, and a genuine commitment to making an impact
• Availability to start immediately
