Location: Croydon, London\n Start Date: ASAP\n Contract: Full-time, Term-time only (Mon-Fri 8:45am-4:00pm)\n Pay: £95 - £105 per day\n\nAre you a psychology graduate or someone passionate about working in special education, looking to gain hands-on experience before pursuing a career in therapy, clinical psychology, or social care?\n\nWorking alongside experienced teachers, therapists, and support staff, you will support students in accessing the curriculum and developing vital communication, social, and life skills within a safe, structured, and nurturing environment tailored to their unique needs.\n\nWhat this role offers:\n\n1:1 and small group work tailored to individual needs\n Experience in a multidisciplinary team - ideal for aspiring psychologists, therapists, or SEN professionals\n A meaningful opportunity to positively impact the lives of young people with complex needs\n Ongoing training and development in specialist education approachesWhat we're looking for:\n\nA keen interest in special education, disability, and child development\n Patience, empathy, and resilience\n Previous experience with children or vulnerable individuals (desirable but not essential)\n A genuine commitment to inclusive education and supporting every child to thrive \n\nThis is a full-time, term-time only role starting as soon as possible.
