Key SEN Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:

* Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs
* Delivering 1:1 and small-group support
* Assisting teachers with individual learning plans
* Promoting positive behaviour, independence, and confidence
* Helping create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
