Right Education is partnering with specialist SEN schools across Lincoln and nearby areas to recruit dedicated Teaching Assistants ready to establish themselves within supportive, structured school environments.

Schools are looking for reliable, consistent individuals who want more than short-term classroom exposure. Typically, settings will begin by booking a Teaching Assistant initially before progressing the right candidate into a longer-term or ongoing role.

The intention is stability - for pupils and for you.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide structured 1:1 and small group support • Assist pupils with EHCPs and individual learning plans • Support communication, sensory and behavioural needs • Encourage engagement, independence and routine • Work closely with class teachers and SEN teams

What Schools Want to See

• Experience in SEN, mainstream support, care or youth settings • A steady, calm and professional approach • Confidence supporting pupils with additional or complex needs • Strong safeguarding awareness • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
