The Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who have additional needs, providing one-to-one and small group support to help them access learning and achieve their full potential. You will support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development, working alongside the class teacher, SENCO, and wider school team to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN)
Confidence supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis
A patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to support behaviour and emotional regulation where required
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
