SEN Teaching Assistant – Make a Real Difference with Teach Now
Are you a passionate and compassionate educator ready to support children who need you most? Teach Now is proud to be recruiting a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for a welcoming primary school in Colindale, Barnet, starting 26 January 2026. This is a full-time, temporary role offering a rewarding opportunity to work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs.

The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and the SENCo to provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional needs. Your role will include:
• Supporting learning on a 1:1 and small-group basis
• Helping pupils access the curriculum and develop confidence
• Implementing individual support strategies and behaviour plans
• Creating a safe, encouraging, and engaging learning environment
