Many pupils have SEMH needs, alongside additional challenges such as autism, communication difficulties and learning barriers. The setting in Tewkesbury focuses heavily on removing barriers to learning and helping students rebuild confidence and develop positive pathways for the future. As a Teaching Assistant in Tewkesbury, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide both academic and emotional support to students.
