SEN Teaching Assistants - Dartford
We are working with a number of supportive and inclusive primary schools across Dartford who are looking for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join them on a full-time basis.
These are long-term roles, working 5 days a week, with the opportunity to go permanent for the right person.
The Role:
Supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEND, on a 1:1 or small group basis Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs to implement support strategies Helping to manage behaviour and support emotional regulation Adapting learning to meet individual needs Building strong, positive relationships with pupilsWhat we're looking for:
Previous experience supporting children with SEN in primary schools (mainstream or specialist settings) A calm, patient and nurturing approach Confidence working with a range of additional needs Strong behaviour management skills A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needsWhat's on offer:
