About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Tutor to support students in the Corby area.

The role involves delivering personalised tuition tailored to individual student needs, helping them build confidence and achieve academic progress.
Sessions may take place at the students home or in a school setting.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver structured 1:1 lessons tailored to the students learning requirements Support students with SEN, learning difficulties, or general academic needs Monitor and report on student progress Adapt teaching strategies to suit individual learning styles Maintain clear communication with parents, carers, and schools as needed Requirements: Experience working with children or young people Relevant teaching qualification or strong subject knowledge Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to plan engaging, tailored lessons Desirable: Experience supporting SEN students or students with EHCPs QTS or equivalent xehkeey teaching qualification Experience working with students in 1:1 settings What We Offer: Flexible working hours Competitive pay rates Ongoing support and professional development Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a students learning journey To Apply: Please send your CV and a brief cover letter
