Most of the students we support aresecondary-aged learners with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs and other complex challenges. Many have struggled within mainstream education and require patient, consistent support to help them reconnect with learning.

This role is about far more than delivering lessons. It involves creating astable and supportive learning environmentwhere students feel safe enough to engage and progress.
