About the Role: We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic 1:1 Tutors to support learners in the Northampton area. This role involves working closely with students on an individual basis, helping them to achieve their academic goals and build confidence in their learning.Key Responsibilities:Deliver tailored 1:1 tuition sessions based on individual learning needsSupport students in subjects such as English, Maths, or other core areasPlan and adapt lessons to suit different learning styles and abilitiesMonitor and report on student progressCreate a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environmentRequirements:Previous tutoring or teaching experience preferredStrong subject knowledge (English, Maths, or relevant subject area)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsPatience, adaptability, and a passion for educationEnhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)Right to work in the UKDesirable:Experience working with children or young peopleKnowledge of safeguarding practicesWhat We Offer:Flexible working hoursCompetitive pay ratesOngoing support from our teamOpportunity to make a real difference in students livesHow to Apply: If you are passionate about supporting learners and making a positive impact, we would love to hear from you.
