Do you want to play a vital role in supporting young people with Special Educational Needs to thrive academically and personally? If you’re located in Southampton or surrounding Hampshire areas, TP Tutors has flexible opportunities available.

We are recruiting empathetic and skilled tutors to provide high-quality 1:1 or small group tuition in Maths, English, and other core subjects to learners with additional needs.

Role: SEN Tutor (SEND Support Opportunities Available)
Location: Southampton and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible – Part-Time or Full-Time

How You’ll Make a Difference

Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet individual learning needs

*

Support pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH, and complex needs

*

Create a structured and encouraging learning environment

*

Deliver tuition in homes or community settings

*

Encourage positive behaviour, engagement, and sustained progress

What We’re Looking For

*

Experience in SEN/SEND, mentoring, youth work, or education

*

Ability to teach primary and/or secondary learners

*

Based in Southampton with access to local travel

*

Reliable, adaptable, and nurturing professionals

*

Strong safeguarding and child protection awareness
