The Role as the appointed SENCo| As our SENCo, you will:

Lead and inspire the SEND provision, ensuring all students receive personalised, meaningful support
Develop and embed strategies that empower students to flourish academically, socially, and emotionally
Work alongside teachers to adapt learning and foster inclusive classrooms where every child can succeed
Guide, mentor, and support staff to deliver outstanding support and interventions
Collaborate with parents, carers, and external partners to ensure a holistic approach to learning and well-being
Champion an inclusive culture where every student feels seen, heard, and supported
